The Blakery is a small, delivery-only, commercial bakery which limits exposure of outside contaminents to our food prep and storage areas.  We literally have two employees, and we both practice all food safety guidelines to the letter and look ravishing in hairnets and beard guards.  Seriously, we rock it!  Currently, we are limiting our interactions with our suppliers to reduce our exposure and politely leaving orders on doorsteps to adhere with social distancing guidelines.   We’ve got Coronavirus and delicious on lock.
